Details about delivery times and conditions:

NORMAL SHIPPING:
Normal shipping is done via CTT Express and takes between 6 and 15 business days to deliver packages. Once the package arrives in the destination country, the company will take care of the delivery. (If your order is placed from outside Spain, it will automatically be sent via DHL Express). Delivery times are approximate, so there may be cases where the package is delivered before the deadline or is delayed and delivered afterward. This depends on the transport company and its management, not us.

Tracking number:
The tracking number will be updated once the package enters Spain. While the package has not yet arrived in the country, it will not be available for tracking. If you contact CTT Express before the package arrives in Spain, they will inform you that the sender has not yet shipped the package, as they do not have access to the shipping status until it enters the country.

Shipments to the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands:
If your order has been shipped to the Canary Islands or the Balearic Islands, please note that the delivery time may be longer. Shipments to these islands can take up to a month to arrive, depending on transport conditions and the destination location. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Reasons why an order may be delayed:

  • LACK OF STOCK: We do not have immediate availability of all products listed on the website, so sometimes we may take longer than expected to ship.

  • CUSTOMS PROCESSING: Both in the country of origin and in the destination country, customs may delay the package.

  • OTHER EXTERNAL REASONS: There are other factors that can cause delays, such as an incorrect address or payment issues.

Therefore, we ask that you be patient for the receipt of your package, as if you have not received it within the indicated time, you will receive it in the coming days.

In case your order is delayed, WE DO NOT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS OR RESHIPMENTS until we know what has happened, as many delays are due to the reasons mentioned. We only issue full refunds if you do not receive your order within 40 calendar days from when you placed your order.

We also remind you of the importance of entering your address correctly, as if there is an error in it, the company responsible for delivering the package will not be able to do so, and it will be returned to the country of origin. In this case, we will not be able to make any claims and it will be the customer’s responsibility. The customer will have to cover all costs related to the recovery of the package.
