Return Policy

It is important that you understand our return policy before placing your order, as we will explain below in which cases we accept returns and in which we do not.

Orders placed on this website can be returned if the following conditions are met:

  • If the received product is defective or has some damage.

  • If the received product is different from what was requested on the website.

  • If the package has been delayed for 60 days or more.

In any of these cases, and if the order is unused and as you received it (that is, with tags, box, and other original elements), you will be entitled to a full refund of the product or an exchange, if you prefer.

On the contrary, requests for exchange and/or return will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • If the received product is not your size.
    We do not make exchanges or returns for size-related issues, as we have warned both on Instagram and on the website, it is an aspect beyond our control. The factory does not address claims for this reason due to the irregularity of sizing, something they are trying to improve. That is why we emphasize the SIZE GUIDE and our terms pages about the importance of ensuring the correct size before placing the order.

  • If the product has not arrived within the maximum time indicated in the shipping section.
    We depend on transport companies, so we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. An order may arrive early or be delayed for various reasons. (Only if you do not receive the order within a period exceeding 65 days, we will proceed with the return).

    Cases in which we do NOT accept returns:

    • Product received in incorrect size:
      We do not accept returns for size issues. We have warned about this on our website and social media: sizing is very irregular and we cannot be held responsible. The factory also does not accept claims for this reason.

    • Delays within the maximum indicated time:
      We do not guarantee an exact delivery date, as we depend on Correos, DHL, or CTT Express. An order may arrive early or be delayed for various reasons.
      Only if you have not received your order in more than 65 days, we will process the return.

    • You do not like the product:
      We do not accept returns for this reason. On the website, you have enough photos to see the product. If you are not convinced, we recommend not ordering it.
